A party with progressive values In many parts of the country, the Democratic party is just a Reagan-era Republican that doesn't want to completely shutter the schools.
The Republicans have failed us. The Democrats have fallen in to a trap of chasing the "moderates", and as the Republicans have skewed to the right, so have they.
The US needs something other than poor implementations of plans we've known for years were failing. We need real progress, and that means real progressives.
